These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Langulife Inc. concerning your access to and use of the Langulife mobile application (the “Service”).
By accessing the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use the Service solely for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from posting, recording, or transmitting any content that:
Incites violence, promotes illegal acts, or encourages physical harm against any individual or group.
Contains sexually explicit content, pornography, or suggestive NSFW (Not Safe For Work) material.
Contains hate speech, harassment, or direct threats.
Is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
Consists of unauthorized advertising or “spam.”
Langulife Inc. reserves the absolute right, but not the obligation, to review, flag, or remove any User Content and to terminate accounts for violations of these standards without prior notice.
You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, including voice recordings and text responses. However, to provide and operate the Service (for example, to display your recordings to other users in the practice feed), you grant Langulife Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, and display your content. This license is limited solely to the purpose of operating, developing, and improving the Service. You may revoke this license at any time by deleting your content or your account.
The Service, including its source code, design, proprietary algorithms, features, and original content, are the exclusive property of Langulife Inc. and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
Auto-Renewal: VIP subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Management: Subscriptions and cancellations are managed exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store settings.
Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by the terms of the respective app store provider.
“As-Is” Basis: The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Langulife Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Langulife Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within said jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of these Terms.
