About Langulife

Most language apps are just loops of memorized scripts and "The apple is red." Langulife is built for people stuck in the "post-beginner trap" (A2–C1)—those who have the basics but struggle to share their true perspectives in the real world. We are a community-focused platform built for the messy, embarrassing, and beautiful process of actually talking to humans. We are currently in beta and looking for our first Resident Creator to be the face of our mission.

About the Role

This is a part-time, remote role for a creator who wants to be the protagonist of our social presence. This isn't a "behind the scenes" scheduling job; you are a peer to our learners.

  • The Mission: Build a movement on IG, TikTok, and Reddit by finding serious learners who are tired of gamified apps.
  • Content Creation: Script, film, and edit raw, relatable video content. We value "real and grounded" over "flashy and loud."
  • Community Leadership: You aren't just "managing interactions"; you’re starting debates, sharing dev-logs, and building a "tribe" where it’s safe to be wrong as long as you're being yourself.

Qualifications

  • Language Empathy: You’ve felt the pain of the intermediate plateau. You care more about sharing a perspective than getting every grammar rule right.
  • Natural Storyteller: You can talk to a camera like you’re talking to a friend. You know how to make a "language hack" feel like a relatable story.
  • Visual Literacy: You are fluent in 2026 social trends and can edit high-quality video content (CapCut, Premiere, etc.) that feels native to the platform.
  • Digital Native: You know your way around Reddit, IG, and TikTok and understand how to foster genuine dialogue in the comments.

Note: While a degree in Marketing or Writing is great, we care more about your portfolio and your ability to connect with humans.
